Acceptance of these terms

By using the Ponnivalam Foundation website, volunteer accounts, or Members Media portal, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use these services.

What we offer

Ponnivalam Foundation is a 501(c)(3) public non-profit organization. Our website provides information about our mission and programs, a way to contact us, and — for approved volunteers and members — an official @ponnivalam.org account and access to a private Members Media portal.

Volunteer accounts

If you're issued an @ponnivalam.org account as a volunteer or track lead, that account is provided strictly for official Foundation work. By using it, you agree that:

• The account is for internal organizational communication and coordination only
• You will not share your password with anyone, including other team members
• You will not use the account for personal purposes
• The account remains the property of Ponnivalam Foundation and may be modified or revoked at any time
• Volunteering with Ponnivalam Foundation is strictly voluntary — accounts and access may not be used to derive personal benefit, financial or otherwise

Members Media portal

The Members Media portal contains private photos and videos of our community, events, and programs, intended only for verified Ponnivalam Foundation members. By using it, you agree not to download, redistribute, or share this content outside the organization, and you understand that access is granted individually and may be revoked at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our website or systems — for example, by attempting to access accounts or content you're not authorized to use, or by using any Foundation system for unlawful purposes.

Content and intellectual property

Photos, videos, and materials shared through our programs and the Members Media portal remain the property of Ponnivalam Foundation and/or their original contributors, and are shared for the private use of our community, not for public redistribution.

No warranty

We provide our website and volunteer systems on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind. As a volunteer-run non-profit, we do their best to keep things accurate and running smoothly, but can't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ponnivalam Foundation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or volunteer systems.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
